Emergencia de Incendio | Fire Emergency

En el caso de un incendio en la propiedad de la iglesia, se debería de tomar los siguientes pasos para asegurar el bienestar de todos los que están reunidos en la propiedad al tiempo de la situación. 

 

In the case of a fire on the property of the church, the following steps should be taken to ensure the safety of those that are meeting on the property at the time of the situation.

 

1. Si se permite la situación sin meter a nadie en peligro, un ministro/empleado o diácono puede utilizar un Extintor de Incendios para averiguar que el incendio no llegue a lastimar a una persona. Sino, procede a seguir el protocolo de evacuación.

2. Dejarle saber a un ministro/empleado o un diácono presente de la situación y del lugar de la situación inmediatamente.

3. Los ministros/empleados y los diáconos deberían responder a la situación inmediatamente.

   • Un ministro/empleado o diácono debe de llamar a los bomberos inmediatamente a dejarles saber de la situación y la dirección de la iglesia;

     • Llamar: 911

     • Dirección: 1204 Payton Gin Rd., Austin, TX 78758

   • Otro ministro/empleado o diácono debe de averiguar que no hay nadie siendo afectado directamente por la situación. Si hay personas reunidas en el lugar donde está ocurriendo la situación, este ministro/empleado o diácono debe de facilitar la salida de todas las personas que están en ese lugar siendo afectado directamente por la situación primero, y después facilitar la salida del resto de las personas reunidas en la iglesia.

   • Si hay otros ministros/empleados o diáconos presentes en la iglesia al tiempo de la situación, deberían ayudar a facilitar la salida del resto de las personas en la iglesia.

4. Si el lugar donde está ocurriendo la situación es un cuarto/salón dentro de un edificio donde hay personas reunidas, las personas se deben evacuar de la iglesia.

   • El maestro, director, o líder de las personas reunidas debería de tener una lista con todos los que están reunidos para poder averiguar que todos han sido evacuados después de salir del edificio.

   • Las personas reunidas deberían de salir del edificio, utilizando los mapas de “Plan de Escape en Caso de Incendio” que se encuentran en cada cuarto, salón, y pasillo.

5. Después de que todas las personas han sido evacuadas fuera de los edificios, el maestro, director, o líder del grupo de personas reunidas debe de averiguar que todas las personas están presentes afuera y que no se quedó nadie en el edificio.

   • Si se encuentra que alguien no está presente afuera o que no fueron evacuados con el resto del grupo, se debería dejar saber a un bombero inmediatamente donde fue el último lugar donde se vio esa persona.

1. If the situation permits without putting anyone in danger, a minister/employee or deacon can utilize a Fire Extinguisher to make sure that the fire can not injure anyone. Otherwise, proceed to follow the evacuation protocol.

2. Let a present minister/employee or a deacon know about the situation and the location of the situation immediately.

3. The ministers/employees and deacons should respond to the situation immediately.

   • One minister/employee or deacon should call the fire department immediately and let them know of the situation and the address of the church;

     • Call: 911

     • Address: 1204 Payton Gin Rd., Austin, TX 78758

   • Another minister/employee or deacon should make sure that there is no one being affected directly by the situation. If there are people meeting in the location where the situation is happening, this minister/employee or deacon should help facilitate the evacuation of all persons being affected directly by the situation first, and then help facilitate the evacuation of other persons meeting at the church.

   • If there are other ministers/employees or deacons present at the church at the time of the situation, they should help facilitate the evacuation of the rest of the people at the church.

4. If the location where the situation is occurring is a room or large space inside of a building where people are meeting, the people should evacuate the church.

   • The teacher, director, or leader of the people meeting should have a list of everyone that is present to be able to make sure that everyone has been evacuated after exiting the building.

   • The people meeting should exit the building, utilizing the “Fire Escape Plan” maps located in every room, large space, and hallway.

5. After everyone has been evacuated from the buildings, the teacher, director, or leader of the group of people that were meeting should make sure that everyone is present outside of the building and that no one has remained in the building.

   • If it is found out that someone is not present outside or that they did not evacuate with the rest of the group, a fireman should be informed immediately of the last place that that person was seen.
